The Barn is located in the beautiful Florida panhandle and is easily accessible from almost anywhere. With 20 acres of picturesque grounds, The Barn offers a great amount of outdoor space for live bands and dancing, as well as covered seating and a bar area.
Events
The Barn At Water Oaks farm can accommodate your special event with ease. Our air conditioned/heated Barn Reception Hall is spacious enough to host up to 400 guests, has a dance floor, and a complete sound system that is ready for your DJ to plug-in a device and bring your party to life!
Looking for a smaller, intimate setting? Our Carriage room can accommodate 50 - 75 guests.

Love for The Barn
This venue was absolutely stunning. Friends and family ranted and raved at how beautiful the barn looked. It was perfectly rustic with an elegant atmosphere. The detail that Beverly put into this place (even in the restrooms) was exquisite! I cannot express in gratitude all the hard work they put into making my wedding like an absolute dream. GETTING HERE
From Crestview
Take Hwy 85 North to Laurel Hill. Turn right on 2nd Avenue. Go .08 mile and The Barn At Water Oaks Farm will be on your right.
From Florala
Take 3rd Street Southwest which will turn into Hwy 85 once you enter into Florida. Continue 7.8 miles on Hwy 85 until you come to 2nd Avenue. Take a slight left onto 2nd Avenue. The Barn At Water Oaks Farm will be .05 mile on your left.
